Taxi 34 Pollensa provides private passenger transport services with driver, mainly in Pollensa and nearby areas, including airport transfers and other destinations requested by the customer.

2. Booking request and confirmation

Submitting a request on the website does not imply automatic acceptance. A booking is considered confirmed only when the customer receives explicit confirmation by email or another official Taxi 34 Pollensa channel.

3. Customer-provided information

The customer agrees to provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information to ensure proper service delivery.

• Accurate date, time and route
• Number of passengers and luggage
• Flight information when applicable

4. Prices and payment conditions

Prices shown on the website are indicative unless explicitly stated otherwise. Final pricing may be adjusted due to customer-requested changes, extraordinary waiting time or relevant variations in the contracted service.

5. Waiting time and punctuality

Taxi 34 Pollensa will make all reasonable efforts to provide punctual service. For airport pickups, a courtesy waiting time may apply based on operational conditions. Additional waiting time may generate extra charges whenever applicable.

6. Cancellations and changes

Customers may request changes or cancellations in advance. Last-minute requests may not be possible due to operational availability.
